By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of Ghana.

About us

The Very Demure Shopping with Frimpomaa is a Ghana-based shop. Pickup is at Madina Market, Right opposite Republic Bank, Madina, Accra.

Products and prices

Product names, descriptions, and images are provided to help you choose. Stock and details can change. Prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Any discount is shown on the product. The amount due for products is the total shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

You can shop without an account. An order is created only after payment is successfully completed and verified. Failed payments do not create an order. Each order receives a unique order number (for example TVDSWF0001Xy4T).

Payment is through Paystack. You may pay with the methods Paystack offers on checkout, including bank cards and Mobile Money. We must receive successful payment before we process the order.

Delivery

We deliver across Ghana through Yango. Delivery fees are paid separately to the rider and are not included in your Paystack payment.

Orders placed before 4:00 p.m. are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. are processed for the next available delivery day. Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery. Delivery outside Accra — including Tarkwa, Takoradi, and Bolgatanga — may take up to one week.

Pickup

Pickup is at Madina Market, Right opposite Republic Bank, Madina, Accra. Pickup hours are 8:50 a.m. – 5:00 p.m..

After successful payment, pickup orders are made ready for collection. If someone else will collect the order, you must give their full name, phone number, and relationship to you — at checkout or later on Track order .

Order tracking

Track your order with your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout. You will see the status of the order and any fulfilment details that apply.

  • Delivery: Processing → Dispatched → Complete
  • Pickup by self: Ready → Complete
  • Pickup by other: Ready → Complete

An order may also be cancelled, as set out below.

Cancellations

We may cancel an order before it is dispatched or collected — for example if an item cannot be fulfilled. If you have already paid, we will refund you. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate contact, delivery, and collector details, and make sure someone can receive or collect the order.

Website use

You must use this website lawfully. Fraud, abuse, or attempts to interfere with the site are not allowed. Website content, branding, images, logos, and text belong to us or to their owners. Payment, delivery, and messaging depend on third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control, including delivery by Yango.
